Stormy Nest

Title: STORMY NEST.

Materials: Bronze, stainless steel and black marble.

Completed 2019.

This sculpture is about environmental stress from human activity. Prefabricated in stainleess steel, the industrial base transforms into the hexagonal column which supports the cast bronze webbed triangular column. The cast bronze sticks of the bird’s nest interrupt the upward eye movement. The classical golden means of measurement used by the sculptor creates ideal visual balance.
